Rice functional gene data

The Rice Functional Gene Database was established by the China National Rice Research Institute under the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It collects and includes information on rice functional genes discovered in rice gene research. These genes are categorized based on their functions into disease-resistant genes, insect-resistant genes, genes related to growth and development, agronomic trait genes, rice grain quality genes, fertility genes, yield genes, and growth period genes, among others.
